Refund

You may withdraw within seven days of receiving the contract terms, or from the start of supply if later. Unused credits receive a full refund; the unused part of a partly used pack receives a proportional refund. Withdrawal for digital content already supplied may be restricted only when statutory conditions, including advance notice and a trial or preview, are met; unsupplied divisible portions remain eligible. For content differing from the description or contract, statutory withdrawal rights include the three-month period from supply and the 30-day period from discovering, or being able to discover, the mismatch.

All plans include the same image quality. Failed generations return the pixels used. Downloading existing photos is free.

For a valid withdrawal from digital content or services, the reimbursement deadline is three business days from withdrawal. We promptly request cancellation or a charge stop from the payment provider. Additional card-statement or bank posting time is separate from our statutory deadline. We aim to reply within two business days; our reply or approval process does not extend the reimbursement deadline.

Google Play and Apple App Store purchases can use the relevant store refund process, and you may also contact us for help. Store procedures and company policies do not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
